- LIMITED WARRANTY / RETURN & REPAIR POLICY (Vetus Pars Hardware)
This Limited Warranty outlines what Retrotroniks will repair or replace, under what conditions, and how users can request service.
[Warranty Term]
Vetus Pars hardware is covered by a 6-month limited warranty beginning on the date of purchase. Warranty service requires product registration and a valid serial number.
[What the Warranty Covers]
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and normal component failures that occur during expected use. Examples include:
– Failed capacitors
– Broken connectors
– Faulty buttons
– Display failure
– Ribbon cable failure
– Internal component defects
– Solder joint failures not caused by user abuse
If a part fails that should not fail during normal careful use, we will repair or replace the affected unit at no cost (excluding shipping).
