Vetus Pars Return & Repair Policy Standard Warranty Period All Vetus Pars hardware products include a 6-month limited warranty beginning on the original date of purchase. Warranty Coverage During the warranty period, Vetus will repair or replace the product at no cost if it suffers from: • Manufacturing defects • Component failures not caused by misuse • Normal electronic component issues (e.g., a capacitor or resistor coming loose) This warranty applies only to issues not caused by: • Physical abuse or intentional damage • Exposure to liquids • Unauthorized modifications or repairs • Damage caused by incorrect power supply or wiring • Damage from external systems connected improperly Serial Number Registration Required To receive warranty service, customers must register their device’s serial number on our website or through the included registration card within 30 days of purchase. Devices that are not registered may still receive service, but proof of purchase is required. Return Conditions If a customer wishes to return the product for warranty repair: 1. The customer must contact Vetus support for an RMA number. 2. The product must be shipped in safe packaging. 3. Customer is responsible for shipping to Vetus; return shipping is covered by Vetus if the repair is approved under warranty. Exclusions The following are not covered under warranty: • Intentional damage (e.g., crushing, bending, burning, etc.) • Damage from incorrect voltage or polarity • Broken connectors due to excessive force • Firmware modifications that render the device non-functional • Damage caused by third-party accessories Non-Warranty Repairs If the product does not qualify for warranty repair, Vetus can still attempt repair at a reasonable fixed service rate. Customers will be notified of the cost before any repair work is performed.
